Cancellation Period

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving a reason. The deadline for cancelling is 30 days from the date you received the goods, or from the date a third party you appointed (other than the carrier) took possession of the delivered products.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision with a clear statement. You can do this by email to info@jnrwholesale.co.uk.

Refunds

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day we receive the returned goods, using the same payment method you used for the order. You will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

For goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The goods were purchased in the last 30 days
• The goods are in the original packaging

The following goods cannot be returned:

• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised
• Goods which by their nature are not suitable for return, for example goods that deteriorate rapidly or where the expiry date has passed
• Goods unsealed after delivery which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons
• Goods which, after delivery, are by their nature inseparably mixed with other items

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions, at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods to us. Please contact us before returning any goods so we can confirm the correct returns address and process for your order.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment, so we recommend using an insured and trackable postal service. We are unable to issue a refund without receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the goods are received. If the goods were not marked as a gift, or the giver had the order shipped to themselves first, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
